Nice Morning!

We went to the park & ran 6.51 miles (can't run the entire way yet, we had to do 5 or 6 one minute walk intervals)!!  Then a nice family gave the twins a kite and Bill flew the kite with the kids.  Came home for lunch & now it is time for a Happy Nap
