Weigh In

Last weigh in: May 26th

Jordan- 20 lbs 6oz
Ryan- 18lbs 4ozs

Today:
Jordan- 20 lbs 6ozs
Ryan- 18 lbs even

So yes, he lost weight again. So sad & scary. They say that if he doesn't start to gain weight that it can affect his development. They said we are doing all the right things, it just seems nothing is working. I talked about doing a Bye-Bye Babyfood Bootcamp (like with the sippy cups) and they said not to do that because he can't afford to lose any more weight.

They said that if he doesn't stop losing or at least start maintaining his weight we might have to think about a feeding therapy in Dallas. You check him into the hospital for 3 wks and the only time we can visit is at night for the first week, wk 2 we can watch him through the glass window, wk 3 we do the therapy with the doctors. Please don't let it come to this. I want my baby to gain weight & be healthy. I just wished I knew what the problem was & how to fix it.

They are now being seen by an occupational therapist, speech therapist, nutrionist and soon the entire family will have a counselor to help deal with all of this. I hope the counselor can help.

must run, the cat just bit Ryan again............. and the spill proof sippy cup spilled all over the floor......
