All 4 of us got up at 4am, got to the hospital at 5:15am, and waited... It is now 8am & he is still in pre-op. Yikes.... It is going to be a LONG day! They almost canceled surgery because he has a 3 wk old tiny almost healed spot on his elbow near one of the incision sites
