It is Saturday afternoon. We had a fun filled morning on the lake after we were woke up by gun fire. Apparently the field across the street that caught on fire a couple weeks ago (see older posts) is now a great place for dove hunting! The dove hunting season started today and they were shooting before 7am! And are currently shooting at 5pm! Annoying!!!! Anyway................
The house- we had a professional roof inspector come by today and look at the foreclosure house. The house was built in 2002, he said there is no way that is an original roof. He said it looks like it was replaced in the last couple years! He said he would recommend $350 in sealing some vents but that is it! Yippee!!
And today we hired a professional pest control service to inspect the house and he said the little area of termites that were treated back in June are still gone and the pesticide they used is good for 15yrs! So he gave the house a thumbs up too!
Monday morning we have hired a professional a/c guy to inspect both units and a professional home inspector to look over the house from top/to bottom. He will also do a foundation test to check for house settling.
