So they pulled our credit late last week & said it was "excellent" which we knew because we take care of our credit. They sent an apprasier out this morning to look around, measure & take pictures. I should do that job, looks EASY!! he was super nice and very chatty.
He asked what we owe on the house & when I told him he said "Oh" and it wasn't a good "oh" it was like an uh-oh "oh". He mentioned twice that we were the smallest house in our community. So I took that as it doesn't look like this refinance is going to happen.
This is so upsetting. We just don't know what to do. Our only debts are the house, my car, the boat & our IVF loan. So sadly looks like it is time to sell the boat............
I am going to try to look for a job, it will have to be during the evenings/weekends. Nice seeing you babies & Bill, this is was why I quit working at Talbots because it would have kept me from seeing them.
