Saturday

I ran a bunch of errands this morning.  I had several things to return.  I LOVE The Container Store, it is wonderful!  They have things in there that you didn't know you needed.  I could window shop in there all day!

Shopped online Friday night but didn't "check out" was waiting until Saturday morning to make sure that was what I wanted to get. We headed to the store around noon instead, got the things I wanted (thought YEAH! I just avoided paying for shipping!!). Went to get in line & it was wrapped around the store! No thanks, put the stuff down & left. Came home to buy it online- all sold out! Poop! Back to store at 3:30 & thankfully they still had everything! The twins are now happy owners of Elmo pjs!!  And I found Elmo underware/panties for both kiddos.

During my returns today I had to take something back to Gymboree and everything in there was 25% off!  They had some clearance underware/panties, so I got some more. That is now 11 pairs per child, so that will last what a day & 1/2?  Haha!!  Been potty "training" since 8.5 months, time to take it more seriously now. Then I won't have to wash/stuff diapers anymore!!

So funny, Jordan has been walking around alot saying "diaper, diaper, diaper"  we say "do you have to go potty?"  and she says "no, gas"  hahaha!!!   But they both have been much more regular on using the potty!!  We are so proud of them!

We went to the park again this afternoon.  We were having a great time until some parents started smoking, I think that should be illegal at a park!  And then some older kids were running around out of control and they could have cared less that little kids were there.  I asked a couple kids to slow down & watch out and so did Bill.  One kid came down the slide right behind Jordan & I, hit me in the back with his dirty shoes.  Then we got ran over by a couple other kids, so we decided to leave before we lost our tempers or the twins got hurt.

If it is nice tomorrow we are planning on going to the zoo.  They open at 10am.

Monday morning we have the appointment with the doctor that would put in Ryan's G-button, if we have to go that route. We have lots of questions because from what I understand Ryan will not be able to swim in a pool, the lake or the ocean with this button.  That really changes ALOT of our spring/summer plans!  doesn't seem fair to Ryan to watch everyone else swim if he can't. I really hope we don't have to go this route.  Please, please, please let this stomach stretching surgery work on December 14th, Please!!

  1. Did you guys make it to the zoo Sunday? We went out there in the morning. The place was empty so it was perfect and also the fact that Daddy was with us :)
